Terms of service

Who this is with

Cabinet Maker Pro is made and sold by Zorva Labs of Nashville, Tennessee (“we”). “You” is the shop account that signs up and the people it invites. Creating an account or using the app means you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Accounts and your team

• One subscription is one shop account. The person who signs up is its owner and can invite admins and designers by email.
• Owners and admins manage the team and billing; designers draw. The owner is responsible for who the account lets in.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at michael@cabinetmakerpro.com if you think someone else is using your account.

The trial and billing

• The Cabinet Maker Pro Software Subscription is $24.99 a month, billed by Zorva Labs through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax is added where it applies.
• A new shop account gets 14 days free. The card is taken at checkout and first charged when the trial ends, then on the same day each month until you cancel. The trial is once per shop account.
• If a charge fails, Stripe retries it and the account keeps working for a while; if it still can’t be collected, the account closes to drawing until billing is fixed.
• We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your account.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in the app. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; cancel after it and the account works to the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t refund part months. Your clients and designs stay in the account, so a shop that subscribes again later picks up where it left off; to have them deleted instead, email us.

Your data

The clients, designs, drawings and shop settings you put in the app are yours. We keep them to run the app for you, back them up, and don’t sell them or look at them except to fix a problem you’ve asked about or to keep the service safe. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.

The drawings

Cabinet Maker Pro draws what you type in and checks it against the room you describe, but it is a drawing tool, not a site survey. Measure the job, check the sets before you cut, and confirm appliance, plumbing, electrical and code requirements yourself. You are responsible for what is built from your drawings.

Fair use

• Use the app for your shop’s own design work. Don’t resell access, copy or reverse-engineer the software, or try to reach another account’s data.
• Don’t use it to break the law or to send anyone else’s personal information where it doesn’t belong.
• We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

The service

We work to keep the app running and your work saved, and we improve it as we go, which sometimes means features change. The app is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, Zorva Labs isn’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email the account owner before it takes effect. Tennessee law governs these terms. Questions: michael@cabinetmakerpro.com.
